The online adverse event reporting portal will be unavailable from Friday 30 January 2026 till Sunday 1 February 2026.
During the period of the outage, online adverse event reporting to the Therapeutic Goods Administration will not be available.
To report adverse events please send an email with details to adr.reports@tga.gov.au. If you are a consumer, you can call 1300 MEDICINE (1300 633 424) to report a medicine or vaccine side effect over the phone.
